Privacy Policy
Effective May 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Aryah Inc, a Delaware corporation operating GEOlocus.ai (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit geolocus.ai or use our products and services (collectively, the “Services”).
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Information you provide. When you submit a URL for a GEO audit, request a price calculation, book a meeting, or contact us, we collect your name, email address, company name, and the URLs you provide. The cost calculator additionally collects business inputs (industry, revenue model, average transaction value, page count).
- Audit results. Public, observable data we measure about the URLs you submit (HTTP status, sitemap throughput, structured-data presence). We do not log into or scrape private areas of the sites you submit.
- Technical data. A hashed (not plain-text) representation of your IP address for rate-limiting, your User-Agent string, request timestamps, and a small first-party cookie (
auditCookie) that tracks your free-audit usage count and remembers your name and email. - Scheduling data. If you book a meeting, Google Calendar collects your name, email, and the meeting time directly. That interaction is governed by Google’s privacy policy, not ours.
2. How We Use Information
- To deliver the audit results you requested and follow up with the report.
- To respond to inquiries you initiate (sales, support, partnerships).
- To rate-limit abuse and protect the Services (using the hashed IP).
- To improve our methodology — aggregated, non-identifying patterns inform how we tune the audit framework.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. How We Share Information
We share information only with the service providers required to operate the Services and only to the extent necessary:
- Cloudflare (hosting and CDN for the GEOlocus.ai property).
- Supabase (database for audit and lead records).
- Google Workspace (Calendar scheduling and outbound email).
- Anthropic (the language-model API used in our extraction pipeline; we do not pass your name or email to model inference).
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a corporate transaction (merger, acquisition, asset sale) in which we will require the recipient to honor this Privacy Policy.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use one first-party cookie (auditCookie) to remember the number of free audits you’ve run from your browser and, after you submit the contact form, to remember your name, email, and company so you don’t have to re-enter them. The cookie persists on your device until you clear it or it expires. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, fingerprinting, or cross-site tracking.
5. Data Retention
Audit and lead records are retained while your relationship with us is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to satisfy the purposes described above and any legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time using the contact details below.
6. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Request deletion of your information.
- Opt out of certain uses.
- Lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected]. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
7. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, hashed IP storage, service-role-only database access) to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us so we can delete it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be highlighted on this page or, where required, communicated to you directly.
10. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to this Policy or the Services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
